Policy overview

Reservation requirements

• Valid ID & Payment method : government based ID , and a valid credit/debit card, Work based ID require to obtain corporate rates if not already pre – booked
• Age Requirement: guests must be 18+ to check in

Payment & Guarantee

• Credit Card Hold: we require a credit/debit card to book a room, we will take a pre-authorization (not a charge) on check in as security (unless company has provided a payment card)
• Advance Payment: some bookings require full payment at the time of reservation, especially for special rates or packages
• Third Party Bookings: Policies may differ if you book via Expedia, Booking.com, etc

Check- In / Check-Out Times

• Check-In: after 14:00 pm
• Check-Out: by 11:00 am
• Late Check-Out / Early Check-In: we are more than happy to accommodate your needs, subject to availability, for a fee / on request
• Early Check In fee before 12pm – £35
• Late Check Out fee up to 1pm – £30
• Lat Check Out feee after 2pm – Full Night Rate Is Charged

Guest Policies:

• Occupancy Limits: maximum number of guests per room, always double check with us to make sure your booking is for the correct number of guests staying
• Smoking Policy: All our guest rooms are non-smoking: violations will incur fines

Pet Policy:

We accept service animals only.

Special Requests:

• Extra beds are subject to availability and may incur a small fee
• Flowers, Chocolates, to be placed in guests room, can be organised at an extra cost
• We would recommend booking any special requests in advance
